the trademark rights, copyright, right of publicity or any
other right of any other party.
WebDogsWin.com reserves the right, at its sole
discretion and without liability to advertisers, to remove
any advertisement which WebDogsWin.com reasonably
concludes may infringe upon trademark, copyright,
right of publicity or like rights of any third
party.
The Advertiser shall indemnify WebDogsWin.com
and shall defend and hold WebDogsWin.com harmless
from any loss, liability, damage, or cost,
including reasonable attorney fees, arising out of any claims by
third parties that WebDogsWin.com's display
of the advertisement infringes upon or violates the trademark,
copyright, right of publicity or any like
right of any third party.
